In our ongoing effort to keep Fort Valley safe, clean and beautiful, we are providing this online service request form. If you see a problem anywhere within the city limits, please let us know. Pot holes, missing or damaged traffic signs, burned out street lights, overgrown shrubs blocking line of sight at an intersection, malfunctioning traffic signals, junk vehicles, illegal dumping, overgrown ditches/rights of way, damaged sidewalks, unsightly vacant lots and water problems are among the types of issues you may report here.
